When will I get my scores?

Unofficial scores

If you test at a Prometric test center or at home, your unofficial scores will be emailed to you within one hour after taking the test.

If you test at a participating school district, institution or education service center, your unofficial scores will be available onscreen and can be printed at the end of your test. 

Official scores

Your official score report will be mailed to you and issued electronically to your designated score recipient approximately 2–3 weeks after your test date. Scores are valid for 10 years.

Who else will get my scores?

The school district you selected as your score recipient will also receive your score report 2–3 weeks after your test date if that school district or agency is eligible to receive test scores. If you need to send your scores to more than one school district, you can order additional score reports.

The following states are automatic score recipients. This means that a copy of your score report is automatically sent to the state’s teacher credentialing office:
